How to Evaluate Your Library’s Virtual Programs

Given the need to practice social distancing, many libraries have embraced virtual programming. From live programming over Zoom and Facebook, to pre-recorded programs on YouTube, librarians have found creative ways to engage their patrons. While this approach is vital, how can you measure the impact and success of your library’s virtual programs?

Below is a webinar I gave via the EveryLibrary Institute addressing this very topic. Please consider donating to their HALO Fund (Help A Library Worker Out). This fund is designed to help librarians, library staff, and library workers who need assistance with housing expenses, child care, groceries, or other expenses during the COVID-19 crisis. We’re all in this together!
