I just received advance copies of my book “Making the Most of Digital Collections through Training and Outreach!” The release date is Monday, 11/23. I’m terribly biased, but I think the book is a great how-to manual on staff training, patron instruction, marketing and outreach, all with the goal of improving use of a library’s collection of digital media!
